engaging in innovations to promote good governance.
- Enable people to develop their knowledge, skills and attitudes in ways which would
optimize performance and commitment in their current roles.
- Liaison with State Departments for assessment of changing training needs through
regular reviews, to provide customized trainings as per changing roles and
responsibilities for sector specific technological reforms and innovations.
- Develop as a Knowledge Hub for the State by networking with educational and
professional Institutions across the Country.
- Facilitate or conduct policy oriented research and developmental planning.
- Provide consultancy and extension services in areas of its specialization.
